胶囊内镜对回肠末端溃疡的诊断价值

目的探讨胶囊内镜对回肠末端溃疡患者的诊断价值。方法对34例回肠末端溃疡患者行胶囊内镜检查,回顾性分析其镜下表现。结果 34例患者肠道准备条件均比较满意,胶囊内镜排出时间约24~72 h;33例患者顺利完成检查,1例患者电池耗尽未进入结肠,共检出慢性非特异性炎症20例,克罗恩病11例,白塞氏病、嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎各1例。患者在整个检查中无不适反应。结论胶囊内镜对回肠末端溃疡患者具有较高的诊断价值,安全性高,不良反应少,易被患者接受,值得推广。

The diagnostic value of capsule endoscopy in the terminal ileum ulcer

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of capsule endoscopy in ileal ulcer patients. Methods A total of 34 patients with terminal ileum ulcers underwent capsule endoscopy and their endoscopic findings were analyzed retrospectively. Results The intestinal preparation conditions of 34 patients were all satisfactory. The time of capsule endoscopic ejection was about 24 to 72 hours. 33 patients successfully completed the examination. One patient was depleted without entering the colon. A total of 20 cases of chronic non-specific inflammation, 11 cases of Crohn''s disease, 1 case of Behcet''s disease and 1 case of eosinophilic gastroenteritis were detected. The patient did not respond uncomfortably throughout the examination. Conclusion Capsule endoscopy has high diagnostic value in patients with terminal ileum ulcer, which has high safety and few adverse reactions and is easily accepted by patients, and it is worthy of promotion.
