自锁托槽矫治器对牙颌畸形患者正畸的影响分析

目的探讨自锁托槽矫治器对牙颌畸形患者正畸的影响。方法选取2016年1月~2017年1月88例牙颌畸形患者并采用随机数字表法分组,对照组予传统的金属直丝弓托槽进行正畸治疗,研究组采用自锁托槽矫治器进行正畸治疗。比较两组牙颌畸形正畸治疗总有效率;治疗后半年和一年托槽脱落率;干预前后患者牙周探诊出血指数(bleeding index,BI)、菌斑指数(plaqueindex,PLI)、牙周探诊深度(probing pocketdepth,PD);干预前后牙龈疼痛、炎性因子水平。结果研究组牙颌畸形正畸治疗总有效率高于对照组(P0.05);研究组治疗后半年和一年托槽脱落率低于对照组;干预前两组牙周BI、PLI、PD比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);干预后研究组牙周BI、PLI、PD优于对照组(P0.05)。干预前两组牙龈疼痛、炎性因子水平相近(P0.05);干预后研究组牙龈疼痛、炎性因子水平优于对照组(P0.05)。结论自锁托槽矫治器对牙颌畸形患者矫正效果显著,能够有效的改善患者的舒适度,降低疼痛、炎性因子,改善患者牙周情况,有效降低托槽脱落率,同时较大程度的缩短医生的椅旁操作时间,值得推广和应用。

Effect of self -ligating bracket on orthodontics in patients with dental malformation

Objective To investigate the effect of self-ligating bracket on orthodontics in patients with dental malformation. Methods 88 patients with dental malformation from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into groups according to random number table method. The control group was given orthodontic treatment with the traditional metal straight wire bracket. The study group was treated with self-ligating bracket orthodontic treatment.The total effective rate of orthodontic treatment, the rate of brackets dropped out in six months and one year after treatment, periodontal exploration bleeding index(BI), plaque index(PLI), probing pocketdepth (PD), and the levels of gingival pain and inflammatory cytokines before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of dental malformation orthodontic treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The dropping rate of brackets in the study group at six months and one year after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Periodontal BI, PLI and PD were similar before the intervention(P>0.05). The periodontal BI, PLI and PD in the study group were better than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05). The levels of gingival pain and inflammatory cytokines in the two groups before intervention were similar (P>0.05). The gingival pain and inflammatory factors in the study group were better than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05). Conclusion The self-ligating bracket has significant effect in orthodontic treatment of patients with dental malformation, which can effectively improve patient comfort, reduce pain and inflammatory factors, improve the patient''s periodontal condition, and effectively reduce the brackets off rate.At the same time, the self-ligating bracket can shorten the doctor''s operating time next to the chair to a large extent, which is worth promoting and application.
