补肾活血方加减治疗耳鸣的临床疗效

目的探讨加减运用补肾活血方加减治疗耳鸣的临床效果。方法于我院2014年5月~2016年5月收诊的耳鸣患者中抽选90例患者,以电脑随机筛选分组的方式分为观察组和对照组,各组45例。对照组采用常规西医药方进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用补肾活血方加减治疗;比较分析两组治疗效果。结果两组患者进行症状复查随访发现,观察组总有效率(93.33%)优于对照组(68.89%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。同时对两组患者治疗后1年内的复发率进行比较,观察组复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论临床上在常规西医治疗的基础上采用补肾活血方加减治疗耳鸣,其效果显著、复发率低,具有良好的应用价值。

Clinical effectiveness of modified treatment of Bushen Huoxue recipe on tinnitus

Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of modified treatment of bushen huoxue recipe on tinnitus. Methods 90 patients with tinnitus in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 45 patients in each using computer random screening. Patients in control group were treated with conventional western medication while patients in observation group were treated with additional modified treatment of bushen huoxue recipe. Effectiveness of two groups was compared and analyzed. Results Review of symptom and follow-up were taken. Total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (93.33% vs 68.89%) (P<0.05). The recurrence rate during 1-year follow-up in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Modified treatment of Bushen Huoxue recipe based on western treatment significantly effective and with low recurrence rate. It is worth application.
