25羟维生素D3与糖尿病周围神经病变的相关性研究

目的探讨血清25羟维生素D_3与糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的相关性。方法选择2017年3月～2018年3月我院收治的50例2型糖尿病合并周围神经病变的患者设为DNP组,同时选择我院同期收治的50例单纯2型糖尿病患者设为NDNP组,对两组患者的实验室检测指标和血清25羟维生素D_3水平进行观察分析。结果在血钙、血磷、血肌酐以及PTH等实验室指标方面,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);两组在病程、25羟维生素D_3和HbA1c方面差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。DNP组中血清25羟维生素D_3缺乏的发生率显著高于NDNP组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。血清25羟维生素D_3水平与患者的吸烟史、体重指数、年龄等无显著相关性,与糖尿病病程、HbA1c表现为负相关。结论血清25羟维生素D_3水平与糖尿病周围神经病变病程以及血糖控制程度呈负相关。

Correlation between 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To analyze the relationship between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3and diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with peripheral neuropathy admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled in the DNP group.50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were admitted in our hospital at the same time were selected as the NDNP group.The laboratory test indicators and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3levels of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in laboratory parameters such as serum calcium,serum phosphorus,serum creatinine and PTH between two groups(P>0.05).There were statistical differences in the course of disease,25-hydroxyvitamin D3,and HbA1c be tween two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3deficiency in the DNP group was significantly higher than that in the NDNP group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3levels were not significantly associated with smoking history,body mass index,age,etc.,and negatively correlated with duration of diabetes and HbA1c.Conclusion Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3levels are negatively related to the duration of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and the degree of glycemic control.
