布拉氏酵母菌散联合左氧氟沙星治疗急性细菌性痢疾的临床效果观察

目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌散联合左氧氟沙星治疗急性细菌性痢疾的临床效果。方法选取本院2017年1~12月收治的150例急性细菌性痢疾患者,采用数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组,每组75例,观察组采用布拉氏酵母菌散联合左氧氟沙星治疗,对照组患者采用左氧氟沙星治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果及发热、腹痛腹泻消失时间及副作用。结果观察组患者治疗后痊愈63例,显效10例,总有效率97.3%,较对照组的80.0%更高,而观察组患者发热、腹痛腹泻临床症状消失时间明显短于对照组。两组副作用均较少。结论针对急性细菌性痢疾患者,临床采用布拉氏酵母菌散联合左氧氟沙星治疗安全可靠,临床效果较好,副作用少,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Clinical effectiveness of saccharomyces Boulardii combined levofloxacin in treatment of patients with acute bacillary dysentery

Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of saccharomyces boulardii combined levofloxacin in treatment of patients with acute bacillary dysentery. Methods 150 patients with acute bacillary dysentery in our hospital in 2017 were enrolled and randomized into observation group and control group with 75 patients in each by using number table. Patients in observation group were treated with saccharomyces boulardii and levofloxacin while patients in control group were treated with levofloxacin only. The clinical effectiveness, the time of fever, abdominal pain and diarrhea disappeared and the adverse effects occurred in two groups were compared. Results 63 patients recovered and 10 patients were noted remarkable effectiveness in observation group and the total rate of effectiveness was 97.3%, which was significantly higher than that in control group(80.0%) (P<0.05). The time of fever, abdominal pain and diarrhea disappeared in observation group were shorter than that in control group, which suggested a more rapid onset of effectiveness(P<0.05). Few adverse effects were found in both of two treatments. Conclusion Treatment combined saccharomyces boulardii and levofloxacin in patients with acute bacillary dysentery was safe and with good clinical effectiveness, few adverse effect and high clinical value.
