针刀配合手法治疗胸椎小关节紊乱51例临床观察

目的探讨针刀配合手法治疗胸椎小关节紊乱的临床效果。方法研究阶段为2015年3月~2017年4月,共纳入研究对象102例,根据入院顺序先后分为两组,每组各51例,对照组采用双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,研究组采用针刀配合手法治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果研究组总有效率96.08%,对照组总有效率82.35%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组NRS评分治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),经过治疗后两组NRS评分治疗差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组在治疗前PRI、VAS、PPI比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),经过治疗后两组PRI、VAS、PPI差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组出现6例不适(11.76%),研究组出现1例(1.96%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论针刀配合手法治疗胸椎小关节紊乱临床效果显著,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on treatment of 51 cases of thoracic facet joint disorders with acupotomy and manual therapy

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupotome combined with manual therapy on thoracic facet joint disorder. Methods The study period was from March 2015 to April 2017. A total of 102 study subjects were enrolled in this study, were divided into two groups according to admission sequence, 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets. The study group was treated with acupuncture combined with manual treatment, the clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 96.08% in the study group and 82.35% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in NRS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the NRS scores of the two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in PRI, VAS and PPI between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, there was significant difference in PRI, VAS and PPI between the two groups (P<0.05). There were 6 cases of unwellness(11.76%) in the control group and 1 case(1.96%) in the study group, with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with manipulation of thoracic facet joint disorders is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
