| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗肺心病心衰的临床疗效。方法将130例老年肺心病患者随机分成2组，对照组62例，治疗组68例，治疗组在常规治疗同时加用银杏达莫注射液20ml，1次／d，连用14d。2组患者在治疗前后均测血液流变学和血气分析各项指标。结果治疗组治疗前后及与对照组治疗后比较，血液流变学各项指标明显改善，差别显著（P〈0．05），血气分析中氧分压提高，二氧化碳分压降低（P值均〈0．05）。结论银杏达莫注射液有增加红细胞变形能力，降低红细胞聚集能力和降低血粘度作用，还可提高氧分压和降低二氧化碳分压，定期应用可提高肺心病患者生活质量和存活率，有一定临床意义。
