| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨冠心病患者甲状腺功能变化。方法 :冠心病 (CHD)组 40例 ,对照组 35例。清晨空腹抽取静脉血 ,放射免疫法测定血清 T3、 T4、 FT3、 FT4、 STSH水平 ,两组进行比较。统计数据以 x± s表示 ,差异性应用 t(或 t′)检验 ,变量应用多元回归分析。结果 :CHD组 T3(P =0 .0 0 1)和 FT4(P =0 .0 0 5 )明显低于对照组 ,多元回归分析证明 T3与 T4相关 (r =0 .48,P =0 .0 0 5 6 ) ,校正年龄、性别、T3、T4、 FT4、STSH后 FT3与 CHD相关 (r =0 .31,P =0 .0 4)。结论 :冠心病患者存在低 T3综合征。

| Abstract: | Objective:To research significance and change of the thyroid function on CHD Methods:Using radioimmunoassay,we measured serum level of T 3,T 4,FT 3,FT 4 and S TSH of 40 patients with CHD and 35 control healthy people and compared the two groups Results:T 3,FT 4 in the patient with CHD is significant lower than that of control group (respectively,P=0 0001 and P=0 005) Conclusion:We found euthyroid sick syndrome (ESS) occured on the patient with CHD We thought that ESS may promote coronary artery ischemia and thyroid hormone is benefitial to patient with CHD complicated ESS |
