摘    要:目的:建立茅莓中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的反相高效液相色谱分析方法.方法:Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm ×250mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-1.0%磷酸溶液(90∶10),流速1.0 mL· min-1,检测波长210 nm,柱温30℃.结果:齐墩果酸、熊果酸分别在0.136 8~1.368 0,0.212 8~2.218 0 μg线性关系良好,平均回收率(n=6)分别为97.5%( RSD 1.6%)和96.9% (RSD1.4%).结论:方法准确,操作简便,数据可靠,可用于茅莓中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量测定.

Abstract:Objective:To develop a RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Rubus parvifolius.Method: The separation was achieved on a Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) at 30 ℃ using methanol-phosphoric acid solution(90∶10) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,210 nm as the detection wavelength.Result: The linear ranges of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were from 0.136 8 to 1.368 0 μg and 0.212 8 to 2.218 0 μg,respectively.The average recoveries(n=6) for oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were 97.5%(RSD 1.6%),96.9%(RSD 1.4%),respectively.Conclusion: The proposed method is accurate,simple and applicable for determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in R.parvifolius.
