| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急性胰腺炎累及胃肠道的CT表现及其临床意义.方法 选择2009年1月1日至6月30日期间131例经影像学检查诊断为急性胰腺炎患者的共计200份影像资料,2位医师回顾性分析图像,重点观察胃肠道受累的CT表现特征,如受累方式、分布特点等.将胃肠道受累与CT严重指数、临床严重程度及转归进行相关性分析.结果 共有109例(83.2%)患者出现胃肠道受累的CT征像,主要表现为胃肠道壁增厚伴肠管扩张,胃、十二指肠、空肠和横结肠是常见的受累部位.胃肠道受累与CT严重指数(r=0.689,P=0.000)、临床严重程度(r=0.584,P=0.000)和转归(r=0.346,P=0.000)均呈正相关.结论 急性胰腺炎容易出现胃肠道受累,且与疾病的严重程度和预后有关.同其他胰周受累器官一样,胃肠道受累对急性胰腺炎的严重程度评价、预后评估及疗效监测有重要价值.
