超声在原发性腹膜后肿瘤诊断中的价值

目的探讨超声在原发性腹膜后肿瘤定位、定性诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的86例原发性腹膜后肿瘤的超声资料和病理结果。结果超声正确诊断原发性腹膜后肿瘤76例，误诊10例，定位诊断准确率为88．4％；在73例恶性肿瘤中超声准确诊断68例，另5例被误诊为良性肿瘤，其余13例良性肿瘤均诊断正确，良恶性诊断正确率为94．2％。结论超声对原发性腹膜后肿瘤定位、定性诊断较为可靠，对其病理类型的诊断也有一定帮助。

Value of ultrasound in diagnosis of primary retroperitoneal neoplasm

Objective To explore the value of ultrasound in diagnosis of primary retroperitoneal tumors （PRT）. Methods Eighty -six patients with PRT confirmed by surgery and pathology were enrolled in this study, then their ultrasonic information and pathological results were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 76 cases correctly diagnosised by ultrasound, while 10 cases were misdiagnosed, the accuracy of tumors location diagnosis was 88.4%. In 73 cases of malignant neoplasm, there were 68 cases correctly diagnosised by ultrasound, while 5 cases were misdiagnosed. In 13 cases of benign neoplasm , all of them were correctly diagnosed by ultrasound, the accuracy of benign and malignant diagnosis was 94. 2%. Conclusion Ultrasound is reliable for location diagnosis of PRT, and useful for the benign and malignant diagnosis of PRT.
