不同玻璃化冷冻载体对胚胎复苏的影响

摘    要:目的比较分析封闭式玻璃化冷冻载体-JYstraws和及开放式载体-medicult管用于人卵裂期胚胎玻璃化冷冻的效果。方法以本中心2010年10月至2013年7月的患者卵裂期胚胎(1678个)为研究对象,选择合适的胚胎进行玻璃化冷冻。实验分为封闭式载体-JY straws管冷冻组和开放式载体.medicult管冷冻组,比较其复苏胚胎成功率及复苏胚胎完整率。进一步,我们将冻存的胚胎按照胚胎质量分为优质胚胎和非优质胚胎,分别比较两种冷冻载体对不同质量胚胎的复苏效果。结果开放式载体-medicult管的胚胎复苏成功率(98.69%)和复苏完整率(90.23%)明显高于封闭式载体-JYstraws的胚胎复苏率(87.41%)和复苏完整率(65.41%)。无论优质胚胎还是非优质胚胎,开放式载体的复苏成功率及复苏胚胎完整率均好于封闭式载体。结论开放式载体-medicult管胚胎解冻效果更好。

The analyze of different effect of opened and closed carrier on embryo thawing

Abstract:Objective To compare the vitrification effect of cleavage stage embryo between closed carrier-JY straws and opened carrier-medicult, and analyze the embryo state on thawing effect. Methods Cleavage stage embryos from patients in our center between October 2010 and July 2013 were applied to vitrification. The embryos were divided into closed carrier group and opened group, and the success rate of recovery embryo and the complete rate of recovery embryo were analyzed between these two groups. Further, these embryos were clarified into top quality embryo and non-top quality embryo groups, then the recovery effects were compared between the two carrier groups. Results The success rate and the complete rate of recovery embryo by opened car- rier (98.69% and 90.23%, respectively) were obviously higher than closed carrier (87.41% and 65.41%, respectively). The com- plete recovery rate of top quality embryos by closed or opened carrier was higher than those of non-top quality embryos. Conclusion The thawing effect of opened carrier-medicuh was better than JY-straws carrier. Top quality embryos owns high rate of complete recovery embryos than non-top embryos.
