| 摘 要： | 目的评价多功能导眠仪对失眠的疗效。方法选择60例单纯性失眠患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组每天在服用阿普唑仑的基础上,接受多功能导眠仪治疗;对照组仅用阿普唑仑。4周后观察2组患者的中医症状、阿森斯量表评分及疗效变化。结果与对照组比较,治疗组患者的中医症状评分与阿森斯量表评分有显著降低(P<0.01),疗效有显著性提高(P<0.05)。结论多功能导眠仪对单纯性失眠有一定疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the curative effect of multifunctional sleep therapeutic instrument for the treatment of insomnia. Methods 60 patients with simple insomnia were randomly assigned to treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30). The treatment group was treated with alprazolam combined with multifunctional sleep therapeutic instrument,and the control group received alprazolam only. After 4weeks,the changes of sleeping parameters,including Athens score,TCM symptoms and curative effect,were recorded. Results The Athens score and TCM symptoms score in treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.01),and the curative effect was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multifunctional sleep therapeutic instrument has good effect on simple insomnia,and this method is worthy of further application. |
