围绝经期综合征中医证素与血脂血糖等的相关研究

目的探讨围绝经期综合征妇女常见证素与血脂等指标的相关性。方法选择174例围绝经期综合征患者,采用辨证要素积分方法,通过对患者血脂等指标的观察,研究围绝经期综合征中医证素与血脂等的相关性。结果绝经组LDL-C、TG、TC、TG/TC水平明显高于未绝经组,HDL-C、HDL-C/LDL-C水平明显低于未绝经组。FPG与肝、肾、气虚、血虚呈正相关;HDL-C与肾、脾、湿呈负相关;HDL-C/LDL-C与湿呈负相关;TG/TC与脾、痰呈正相关;ApoB与肝呈正相关。结论血脂等指标变化与围绝经期综合征证素的形成有关。

Relationship among TCM Syndrome Elements,Blood Lipid,Blood Glucose and Other Indexes in Perimenopausal Syndrome

Objective To discuss the relationship among syndrome elements,blood lipid and other indexes in perimenopausal syndrome(PS) women. Methods 174 PS patients were selected and the method of syndrome elements differentiation wsa used. The blood lipid and other indexes in PS patients were observed and the relationship among syndrome elements,blood lipid and other indexes was explored. Results The levels of LDL-C,TG,TC and TG / TC in menopause group were significantly higher than those of non-menopause group,and the levels of HDL-C and HDL-C / LDL-C were significantly lower than those of nonmenopause group. The FPG level was positively related to liver,kidney,Qi deficiency and blood deficiency,and the HDL-C level was negatively related to kidney,spleen and moisture. HDL-C / LDL-C was negatively related to moisture,TG / TC was positively related to spleen and phlegm,and ApoB was positively related to liver. Conclusion The changes of blood lipid and other indexes in PS patients are related to the formation of syndrome elements.
