中医药综合治疗晚期膝骨性关节炎60例疗效观察

目的观察中医药综合治疗晚期膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将120例晚期膝骨性关节炎患者随机等分为2组。治疗组60例,采用中医药综合治疗;对照组60例,用玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗。比较2组治疗前后临床症状积分与疼痛评分,测定治疗前后关节滑液中IL-1与MMP-3的含量。结果与治疗前比较,2组患者的临床症状与疼痛积分及其IL-1、MMP-3含量均有降低(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医药综合治疗可明显改善晚期膝骨性关节炎患者的临床症状。

Clinical Effect Observation of Comprehensive TCM Treatment on Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the curative effect of comprehensive TCM treatment in treating advanced knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods 120 advanced KOA patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(n=60) received comprehensive TCM treatment,and the control group(n=60)was given intra articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate. The cumulative scores of symptoms and pain inten-sity scores of two groups were evaluated,and the changes of contents of synovial fluid IL-1 and MMP-3 were determined. Results After the treatment,the cumulative scores of symptoms,pain scores and contents of IL-1 and MMP-3 in the two groups were decreased significantly( P<0.05),and the decreasing amplitude in treatment group was higher than those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive TCM treatment can significantly improve clinical symptoms of advanced KOA patients.
