金匮肾气丸对糖尿病模型大鼠糖脂代谢及CRP的影响

目的探讨金匮肾气丸对糖尿病模型大鼠的糖脂代谢及CRP的影响。方法 50只SD大鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、西药对照组、中药低剂量组与高剂量组。除正常组外,以高脂高糖饲料联合STZ诱导糖尿病模型。正常组与模型组给予生理盐水,西药对照组给予二甲双胍,中药低剂量组与高剂量组分别给予低、高浓度的金匮肾气丸灌胃。治疗4周后,检测空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素、胰高血糖素、血脂及CRP等指标。结果与模型组比较,西药对照组、中药低剂量组与高剂量组的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰高血糖素、TG、TC、LDL及CRP显著降低(P<0.05);中药低剂量组与高剂量组组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论肾气丸能降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖与血脂,下调CRP,减轻炎症反应。

Effects of Jingui Shenqi Pill on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism and CRP in Diabetic Model Rats

Objective To explore the effects of Jingui Shenqi pill(JSP) on glucose and lipid metabolism and C-reactive protein(CRP) in diabetic model rats. Methods 50 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,positive control group,Chinese medicine low-dose group and Chinese medicine high-dose group. In addition to the normal group,rats in other groups were fed with high lipid and high glucose diets and intraperitoneally injected with STZ to establish diabetic rat models. Then normal group and model group were given normal saline,positive control group was given metformin,and Chinese medicine low-dose group,Chinese medicine high-dose group was given low,high concentration of JSP by gavage re-spectively. After 4 weeks,the contents of fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin,glucagon,blood lipids,CRP and other indexes in rats were detected. Results Compared with model group,the contents of fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,glucagon,TG,TC,LDL and CRP in positive control group,Chinese medicine low-dose group and Chinese medicine high-dose group were decreased respectively(P<0.05); the content of insulin in Chinese medicine low-dose group,Chinese medicine high-dose group was increased respectively(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two Chinese medicine groups. Conclusion JSP can decrease the contents of blood glucose and blood lipids,downregulate the content of CRP,and reduce the inflammatory reaction in diabetic rats.
