摘    要:报道应用显微准弹性激光散射(MQLS)技术与显微生物医学图像分析技术对不同氧合情况下的单知态正常人和较重症地中海贫血患者红细胞的研究。在实验中,对正常人及较重症(地中海贫血患者红细胞人血红蛋白聚集体的平均流体力学半径、红细胞膜的搏动频率等动脉特性参数,以及对应的细胞的截面积、规化形状因子、长征、短径等图像分析数据同时进行了测定。发现正常人红细胞在氧合与去氧情况下,各种参数都没有显著左异,全在低氧分

Abstract:Microscopic quasi-elastic laser light scatteringtechnique with image processing and analysis were used to study normal and major β-thalassemiahuman erythrocytes in different oxygen pressure . The mean hydrodynamic radius ofhemoglobin polymers inside the intact red cells, the membrane motion frequency, crossarea, regular form factor, longest axis and shortest axis were measured for both kinds oferythrocytes. It is found that the membrane motion of normal human erythrocyte is similarin both oxygenated and deoxygenated states. While the membrane motion of (-thalassemiaerythrocytes slows down in deoxygenated state.
