腹型肥胖虚实证型与血脂、血糖、血压相关性研究

目的]观察腹型肥胖中医虚实证型与代谢综合征组分血脂、血糖、血压的相关性.方法]将腹型肥胖分为虚、实证型组,设立正常对照组.结果]腹型肥胖虚证组腰臀比、腰围、体质量指数(BMI)较实证组有升高趋势,但没有统计学差异.腹型肥胖虚证组血糖、血压、甘油三酯较实证组有明显升高,差异有统计学意义.虚证组比例明显高于实证组,差异有统计学意义.结论]不同.汪型腹型肥胖的血脂、血糖、血压水平有明显差异,为腹型肥胖临床防治及判断预后转归提供了有利的依据.
