Epley法治疗后半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕的效果观察

摘    要:目的比较应用Epley法联合药物治疗与单纯药物治疗后半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)的临床效果。方法将入选的BPPV患者随机分为治疗组(Epley法联合药物治疗组)与对照组(单纯药物治疗组),分别进行治疗,采用痊愈、改善、无效的标准定期进行疗效评定。结果治疗组于第4、7、10天时有效率为95.35%、100%、100%(痊愈率为100%),而对照组同期为81.82%、88.64%、93.18%,14天时为93.18%。结论应用Epley法联合药物治疗后半规管BPPV,有效率明显提高,疗效优于单纯应用药物治疗后半规管BPPV。

Abstract:Objective To compare of the clinical efficacy between Epley procedure in combination with drug administration and drug administration alone for the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV) of the posterior semicircular canal. Methods Patients with BPPV enrolled in this study were randomly allocated to therapeutic group(Epley procedure in combination with drug administration group) and control group(drug administration alone group) and received treatment,respectively.The efficacy were evaluated by the standards of the following scales: cure,improvement,and no response. Results The response rates in the therapeutic group were 95.35%,100%,100% on days 4,7 and 10(the cure rate was 100%),while the control group were 81.82%,88.64%,93.18% at the same time,respectively.And on day 14,the response rate was 93.18%.Conclusion Epley procedure in combination with drug administration for the treatment of BPPV of semicircular canal can effectively improve efficacy and is superior to drug administration alone.
