中成药颈康片中鹿衔草的薄层色谱鉴别

摘    要:目的:对颈康片中的鹿衔草进行了薄层色谱鉴别。方法:采用酸水解方法,再用醋酸乙酯提取药材水解后的专属性成分,进行薄层色谱法鉴别。结果:供试品色谱中,在与对照药材色谱的相应位置上(Rf值约为0.60处),显一相同的深棕色斑点,而阴性对照品在相应的位置上不显该斑点。结论:这种鹿衔草鉴别方法专属性强、灵敏度高、重现性好。提高了制剂质量的可控性。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE TLC Identification of pyrola in JINGKANGPIAN. METHODS TLC Identification of pyrola using acid hydrolysis and ethyl acetate extracts. RESULTS The spot of testing chromatography display is brown spot as high as control medicinal material, but the samples spot of negative is nothing. CONCLUSION The specificities of TLC identification methods have been proved.. Sensitivity and controllability have been improved.
