抗生素对机体免疫功能的影响

抗生素除了具有清除体内微生物作用外,尚可因其本身或其代谢产物直接或间接地调节机体的免疫功能。近年来,抗生素相关的免疫调节机制逐渐受到重视,认识和阐明抗生素相关免疫调节机制对临床上选择抗生素治疗具有积极意义。在临床上选用抗生素时不仅要考虑抗生素对特定细菌的敏感性、抗菌强度,还应考虑抗生素对机体免疫功能的影响。本文将有关抗生素对免疫调节作用的研究结果作简要论述。

Effect of Antibiotics on Organism Immune Function

Antibiotics not only destroy microbes in vivo, but also can affect the immune function caused by antibiotics themselves or their metabolic production in direct or indirect manner. Recently, more and more researchers have been attracted to study the immune regulation mechanism of the antibiotics. Understanding and clarifying the mechanism of antibiotic-associated immunomodulation on the clinical treatment of antibiotics choice has positive significance. When we choose the antibiotics in clinical practice,not only the antibiotic sensitivity to specific bacteria and anti-bacteria strength, but also the effect of antibiotics on immune function should be considered. The immunomodulatory effect of antibiotics on the findings discussed briefly in this text.
