| 摘 要： | 目的：讨论变应原数量及IgE水平对变应性鼻炎患者肺功能改变的影响。方法：应用UNI—CAP100变应原测定仪检测64例变应性鼻炎患者的血清特异性IgE值及应用荧光酶联免疫法检测患者吸入物变应原，同时测定其肺通气功能。对变应性鼻炎患者中有肺功能改变的患者与无肺功能改变的患者进行变应原种类、IgE水平方面的比较。结果：变应性鼻炎患者中肺功能改变在变应原数量及特异性IgE水平等方面比较无统计学差异。结论：变应性鼻炎患者的肺功能改变与其过敏原数量的的多少及特异性IgE水平的高低无直接关系。
