肩关节功能康复仪对肩部疾病患者康复的疗效观察

目的观察肩关节功能康复仪(CPM)对肩部疾病患者康复治疗的临床疗效。方法据临床指标选定患有肩部疾患的肩关节111个,按左、右肩分为A、B两组,A组采用传统法和B组采用CPM治疗。按照每日上、下午各1次,30min/次,3周后,对两组患者的症状与肩部功能情况进行评估。结果B组患者在后伸、外展、内旋、外旋等功能康复方面与A组比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论使用CPM治疗肩部疾病,在功能康复方面优于传统康复疗法。

Rehabilitation Effect of Continuous Passive Motion Apparatus on Shoulder Disease

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of continuous passive motion apparatus (CPM) in patients with diseases of shoulder.Methods According to the clinical indexes,111 shoulder joints of patients with shoulder disease were chosen,which were divided into two groups:Group A (left shoulder) was given traditional therapy and group B (right shoulder) was given CPM treatment.The treatment was given 30 min each time,two times a day in the morning and afternoon.The changes of symptoms and the shoulder function in the two groups were assessed 3 weeks laterResults The improvement of shoulder function in stretching backward,abduction,intorsion and extorsion in B group was better than that in group B,with a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion CPM is better than traditional therapy in functional rehabilitation for shoulder disease.
