乳腺癌化疗患者心理社会适应与心智觉知水平的相关性分析

目的调查乳腺癌化疗患者心智觉知水平和心理社会适应的现状,并分析两者的相关性。方法采用乳腺癌患者心智觉知注意觉知量表和乳腺癌患者心理社会适应问卷对130例乳腺癌化疗患者进行调查。结果乳腺癌化疗患者心智觉知水平得分为(51.25±11.01)分,心理社会适应分为(144.96±22.56)分,均处于中等水平;乳腺癌化疗患者心智觉知水平与心理社会适应及其各维度均呈正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌化疗患者心智觉知水平与心理社会适应密切相关,提高乳腺癌化疗患者心智觉知水平可以改善其心理社会适应状况。

The correlation between the mindfulness level and psychosocial adaptation of patients with breast cancer during chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the level of the mindfulness and psychosocial adaptation of the breast cancer patients during chemotherapy and ana- lyze the correlation between them. Method One hundred and thirty breast cancer patients were investigated by the Mindful Attention Anareness Scale and Psy- chosocial Adaptation Questionnaire. Results The mean score of mindfulness was （51.25 ± 11.01 ） and the psychosocial adaptation was （ 144.96 ± 22.56 ）, and they were in the moderate level. The level of mindfulness was positively correlated with the psychosocial adaptation and its items （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The mindfulness level of the breast cancer patients during chemotherapy is closely related with their psychosocial adaptation. Improving the mindful- ness level of the breast cancer patients during chemotherapy may improve their psychosocial adaptation.
