| 摘 要： | 目的探讨区域性消毒供应成本核算管理的方法。方法制订包括直接耗材成本和间接产生成本的核算方法;制订质量成本、作业流程成本和人力资源等控制管理方法。结果消耗总支出降低,总收入增加;提高了消毒供应工作的满意度,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用成本控制进行管理,有效促进了医疗器械成本的下降,提高了服务质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods of cost control of regional sterile supply center. Methods The methods included the accounting methods of direct costs and indirect costs and the management methods of quality costs, work flow costs and human resources. Results After the application of the cost con- trol,the total consumption cost was decreased, the general income was increased. Nurses ＂job satisfaction in the sterile supply center was also improved （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion The application of cost control can effectively reduce the costs of medical equipments and improve the quality of service. |
