腹腔镜子宫切除术两种术式的应用体会

目的进一步探讨腹腔镜子宫切除的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析比较腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除65例(CISH组)和腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除51例(LAVH组)的临床资料,分别从术前情况、术中出血、手术时间及术后恢复等方面加以比较。结果两组术前情况差异无显著性,而CISH组手术时间短、术中出血少于LAVH组,术后性生活满意度亦好于LVAH组(P<0.01)。结论手术方式的选择要根据宫颈病变程度、部位、性质和患者的年龄而定。

Learn from experience of two laparoscopic hysterectomy

Objective To go step further explore clinical value of laparoscopic hysterectomy used.Methods The clinical data of 65 cases treated by classical intrafascial supracervical (CISH group) and 51 cases treated by laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy (LAVH group) were reviewed. Two groups constrasted in the condition of ex-operative, the blood loss during operative, average duration of operation, post-operative worbidity rate and recovery time of cases.Results The condition of ex-operative of two groups were no significantly of patients. But the average duration of operatioan, the blood loss and recovery time of CISH group is less than LAVH group (P<0.01).Conclusion Type of operation is depend on extent, position and nature of cervical pathology and age of patient.
