| 摘 要： | 目的：运用多焦视网膜电图（electroretinography,ERG）评价老年黄斑变性（age-related macular degeneration,AMD）患者的局部视网膜功能。方法：采用103个六边形刺激图形，记录12例（24只眼）AMD患者在4分钟记录时间内的多焦ERG波形图及三维功能图。结果：AMD患者总体ERG的a波、b波振幅在正常范围内，而1环及2环a波、b波振幅下降。三维图显示中央局部视网膜功能降低。结论：多焦ERG是一种评价局部视网膜功能的新技术，可用于眼底病的早期诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess local retinal function in age related macular degeneration (AMD) using multifocal electroretinography(ERG).Methods One hundred three retinal locations were stimulated concurrently,response components were extracted for each stimulated retinal location.Trace array and 3 dimensional plot were recorded from 12 patients(24 eyes) with AMD during 4 minutes recording time.Results In AMD patients the overall amplitudes were normal,while aA and bA of macular responses were diminished.3 D plot suggests that central local retinal function was decreased.Conclusions Multifocal ERG is a new technique to evaluate local retinal function,and permits the detection of early stage of retinal disease. |
