摘    要:目的建立火麻仁油中Δ9 四氢大麻酚的含量测定方法。方法采用Irregular H C18(2 5 0mm× 4 6mm ,10 μm)为色谱柱 ,以甲醇 乙腈 水 (10∶6 5∶2 5 ,V∶V∶V)为流动相的高效液相色谱法 ,流速 1 0mL·min-1,检测波长 2 2 0nm ,柱温室温。结果Δ9 四氢大麻酚在 1 2~9 6mg·L-1内呈良好的线性关系 (r =0 9998) ;样品平均加样回收率为 96 2 % ,RSD为 2 1%(n =9)。结论方法简便快速 ,适用于火麻仁油中Δ9 四氢大麻酚的定量分析

Abstract:Objective To establish the analytical method for Δ 9 tetrahydrocannabinol in the hempseed oil.Methods The content of Δ 9 tetrahydrocannabinol was determined by HPLC.Irregular H C 18 ( 250 mm × 4 6 mm , 10 μm )was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol,acetonitrile and water (10∶65∶25, V∶V∶V) .The flow rate was 1 0 mL·min -1 and the UV detector was set at 220 nm .The column temperature was room temperature.Results The calibration curve was good linear ( r =0 999 8 ) within the concentration range of 1 2~ 9 6 mg·L -1 for Δ 9 tetrahydrocannabinol.The average recovery and RSD were 96 2% and 2 1%( n =9) respectively.Conclusions The method is convenient,fast and suitable for the quality control of the Δ 9 tetrahydrocannabinol in the hempseed oil.
