| 摘 要： | 外源性尿素在瘤胃中的脲酶(尿素酶)作用下,水解为CO2和NH3,过多NH3的产生是导致波尔山羊发生尿素中毒的内在生物化学原因,它会对机体造成以神经系统功能障碍为主的损害,本文探讨了尿素在波尔山羊体内代谢时对机体造成损伤的可能机制,并提出了对该病进行有效防制的措施。

| Abstract: | The exogenous urea is hydrolyzed to CO_2 and NH_3 by urease in rumen stomach,More NH_3 in body is the endogenous biochemical reason of urea toxicity for Bohr goat,and it can causes most of the systematic' function destructed,mainly is the nerve systematic.This article discussed the possible metabolic mechanism of urea toxicity for Bohr goat,and suggested the effective prevention measures for this kind of disease. |
