摘    要:目的:观察生脉散提取物(SMT)对实验性病毒性心肌炎的治疗作用。方法:BAIB/c小鼠腹腔注射CVB3后,第4天出现病毒性心肌炎体征,到第8天病变到达高峰,形成病毒性心肌炎动物模型。通过观察小鼠体重变化,血清中LDH、AST和MDA的含量,心肌组织中病毒滴度,心肌组织病理变化和超微结构变化,研究SMT对实验性病毒性心肌炎的治疗作用。结果:SMT提高心肌炎小鼠的体重增长速度;降低血清中LDH、AST及MDA的含量;改善心脏病理变化,改善心肌组织的超微结构;抑制病毒在心肌组织内的增殖。结论:SMT对病毒性心肌炎有一定的治疗作用,其作用机理与抗氧化和抑制病毒在心肌组织中复制有关。

Abstract:AIM: A model of viral myocarditis was established to study the effect of SMT(A Chinese patient drug) on myocarditis with CVB 3 infected mice METHOD: CVB 3 infected BALB/c mice show myocarditis physical charicteristics at day 4,and myocardial pathological changes reach topmost at day 8,and through this way a model of viral myocarditis was established successfully Through the change of mice weight,the contents of AST,LDH,SOD and MDA in sera,virus titer in myocytes,the change of myocardial pathology and ultrastructure,we studied the effect of SMT on myocarditis of mice infected with CVB 3 RESULT:SMT could promote the growth of mice weight;reduce the content of AST,LDH and MDA in sera;improve myocardial pathological changes and myocardial ultrastructure;repress virus replication in myocytes CONCLUSION: SMT had therapeutical effect on murine myocarditis,and the mechanism of this effect was associated with the effect of antioxidation and repressing virus replication in myocytes
