| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨开塞露低压灌肠治疗老年病人便秘的疗效.方法]将老年便秘病人50例随机分为治疗组(25例)和对照组(25例),治疗组采用开塞露低压灌肠,对照组采用传统方法进行开塞露肛注.结果]治疗组效果明显优于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论]采用开塞露低压灌肠治疗老年病人便秘效果优于开塞露肛注效果.
