利尿剂联合复方中药治疗肝硬化腹水30例疗效观察

目的观察利尿剂联合中药复方治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效并探讨其治疗机制。方法将54例肝硬化腹水病人随机分为两组。治疗组30例应用利尿剂等联合复方中药治疗12周；对照组24例用利尿剂等治疗12周。观察两组临床症状、腹水消退程度、肝功及肝纤维化指标。结果治疗组患者临床症状、腹水消退、肝功能复常，与对照组比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）；肝纤维化指标HA、PC—Ⅲ、C一Ⅳ，治疗组优于对照组。结论利尿剂联合中药复方治疗肝硬化腹水的患者，疗效肯定，腹水消退快，安全性好，是一种较好的治疗选择。

Curative Effect on Diuretic and Compound Chinese Medicine for 30 Cases of Hepatitis Cirrhosis Ascites

Objective To observe curative effect of diuretic and compound chinese medicine for hepatitis cirrhosis ascites, and investigate its therapeutic mechanism. Methods 54 cases with cirrhosis ascites were randomly divided into 2 groups. Treatment group （30 cases） utilized diuretic and compound chinese medicine, control group （24 cases） used diuretic, course of treatment was 12 weeks. We observed clinical symptom, ascites fadeaway, indexs of liver function and hepatic fibrosis. Results Clinical symptom, ascites fadeaway degree and liver function of treatment group, had significant difference than those of control group; hepatic fibrosis indexs such as HA, PC-Ⅲ, C-IV of treatment group had significant difference than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Curative effect of diuretic and compound chinese medicine for hepatitis cirrhosis ascites is good, ascites fadeaway time is fast and safe. It is a better theraputic choice.
