| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨小切口非超声乳化人工晶状体植入术的临床效果。方法 术眼右上象限切口进前房后,连续环形撕囊待水分离核后,用晶状体圈匙摘出晶状体核,囊袋内植入人工晶状体。结果 183例患者217眼,术后3 d视力≥0.5者156眼(71.9％),术后1月视力≥0.5者182眼(83.9％)。结论 小切口非超声乳化术操作简便,不需昂贵设备,手术效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of artificial lens implantation with small-incision non-ultraemulsi-fication. Methods An incision was made into anterior chamber in the right upper quadrant of the operative eye, and after continuous circular capsularhexis and hydrodissection, the lens nucleus was extracted by lens ring and finally the artificial lens was implanted in the bag.Results Among 217 eyes of 193 cases, three days after operation there were 156 eyes whose version was more than or as much as 0.5(71.9 %) while one month after operation there were 182 eyes whose version was more than or as much as 0.5(83.9 %) .Conclusion This technique of small-incision non-ultraemulsifi-cation has satisfactory result with simple operation and cheap equipment. |
