冰片对大鼠脑微血管内皮细胞 ICAM-1 表达量的影响

摘    要:目的:研究冰片对大鼠脑微血管内皮细胞ICAM-1表达量的影响。方法:采用自由落体撞击硬脑膜致伤方法制成大鼠脑挫裂伤模型,将大鼠伤侧脑皮质制成石蜡切片,运用免疫组化学染色技术观察空白对照组(C组:只灌服石蜡油)、冰片组(B组:灌服等量冰片石蜡油)、脑外伤组(M组:脑挫裂伤组)和脑外伤加冰片组(M+B组:脑挫裂伤大鼠灌服冰片石蜡油)大鼠脑皮质微血管内皮细胞(EC)膜表面细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)量的表达,并进行半定量分析。结果:C组EC无表达或有少量表达,服用冰片不能使ICAM-1表达增强,脑外伤后ICAM-1表达有明显增强(P<0.001),及脑外伤大鼠服用冰片可使ICAM-1表达明显减弱。结论:证明冰片促血脑屏障(BBB)开放与ICAM-1无关,冰片对脑外伤大鼠脑组织具有一定的保护作用。

Effect of Borneolum on Expression of ICAM-1 in Microvascular end othelial Cells of Rat Brain
Abstract:Methods: The experimental brain injury was induced i n the SD rats by free falling object, and the expression of intercelluar adhesio n molecule-1(ICAM-1)in the microvascular endothelial cells (EC) of rat brain was examined by immunohistochemistry and S-P histochemical methods.The rats were al located to group A(normal blank control group), group B (administration of Borne olum), group C(brain injured model group) and group D(model rats treated with Bo rneolum).Results:ICAM-1 seldom expressed or never expressed in the normal rats b rain,the administration of Borneolum could not induce its expression,and ICAM-1 expression increased in the injured brain(P<0.001). Conclusion:Borneolum inducing blood-brain barrier opening has no relationship wi th the expression of ICAM-1, and Borneolum exerts certain protective effect on t he injured rat brain.
