非甾体类消炎药导致消化道溃疡伴出血临床研究

目的 探讨非甾体抗炎药对消化道溃疡伴出血的影响.方法 选取我院2004年来收治的536例消化道溃疡伴出血的病例,按照病前1周内有无服用非甾体抗炎药分为研究组及对照组.比较2组患者在导致上消化道溃疡伴出血的相关因素分析.结果 2组病例在性别、溃疡特点等方面无明显差异性(P＞0.05),研究组病例在年龄、起病症状、病史、HP感染率、预后等方面存在显著差异(P＜0.05).结论 非甾体类消炎药是消化道溃疡伴出血的危险因素,采取相关措施降低胃肠道损害.

Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs cause digestive ulcer with hemorrhage clinical study

Objective To study the influence of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on the peptic ulcer with bleeding.Methods To take the 536 cases of the ulcer of the peptic ulcer with bleeding in our hospital since 2004,divided them into the research groups and the control groups on the basis of whether taking NSAIDS or not within one week before their morbidity,and compare the related factors which lead to the peptic ulcer with bleeding of the two groups of patients.Results There were no obvious differences between the two groups cases in sex,ulcer features,etc(P>0.05),there are some significant differences in age,morbidity symptoms,history,HP infection rates and prognosis of the research groups cases(P<0.05).Conclusion The non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs is the risk factors which lead to peptic ulcer with bleeding,relevant measures should be taken to lower the peptic damage.
