| 摘 要： | 目的 评价丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症临床疗效.方法 选择妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积综合征(ICP)患者50例.用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸800 mg/d,静脉滴注,疗程14 d,观察丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗前后各指标的变化.结果 经过一个疗程治疗,50例患者40例痊愈,9例有效,1例无效,丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸的临床治愈率为98%,治疗后瘙痒评分及各项实验室指标明显低于治疗前(P＜ 0.05),具有统计学意义.结论 丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸对妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症治疗有良好的疗效,对母婴无副作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of transmetil treating intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Methods 50 patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP) were chosen and treated with transmetil 800 mg/d,intravenous drip,for 14 days.The differences between before and after treatment were compared.Results After a period of treatment with transmetil,40 cases recovered,9 cases effective and 1 case invalid in 50 patients.The clinical cure rate was 98%.The itching and the various index score laboratory obviously lower than before treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion Transmetil treating intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy has good curative effect,and no side effects to maternal and infant. |
