| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨梗阻性结直肠癌的治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析2005年至2010年收治的77例结直肠癌致急性肠梗阻患者的病例资料.结果 Duke B期10例、C期48例、D期19例,I期切除吻合60例,其中根治性切除45例、姑息切除15例,近端肠造瘘术5例、肠短路术4例、金属支架8例,5年生存率为35.1%.结论 结直肠癌致急性肠梗阻患者的治疗方案及术中决策需在疗效、预后、生存质量三者间取得平衡.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the treatment of the obstructive colorectal cancer.Methods The clinical data of 77 patients with the obstructive colorectal from 2005 to 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Duke B 10 cases,Duke C 48 cases,Duke D 19 cases,60 cases were excised at I stage(radical excision 45 cases,palliation excision 15 cases),intestines fistulation 5 cases,short-circuit 5 cases,metal rack 8 cases.The patient survival rate at 5 years was 35.1%.Conclusion Treatment protocols and intraoperative decision making of the obstructive colorectal cancer need find the balance at therapeutic effect,prognosis and living quality. |
