多排螺旋CT三维重建在颅颈交界区畸形诊断中应用价值分析

摘    要:目的 探讨多排螺旋CT三维重建在颅颈交界区畸形诊断中应用.方法 004年5月至2011年12月进行多排螺旋CT三维重建在颅颈交界区畸形诊断病例72例进行总结.结果 72例经多排螺旋CT三维重建在颅颈交界区畸形诊断为3例蝶枕软骨未闭合,17例寰枢椎脱位,6例寰椎后弓未闭,4例寰椎前弓未闭合,18例寰枕融合,7例颈2~3 融合,3例颈5~7融合,6例齿状突型颅底陷入,4例扁平颅底,Arnold-chiari畸形8例,2例齿状突发育不全.结论 多排螺旋CT三维重建对颅颈交界区畸形诊断,可以从多切面、多角度对病变进行观察,充分的弥补普通CT的横断面图像的不足;通过三维重建可以对图像进行随意切割,对颅颈交界区局部骨结构和血管脊髓关系更清楚观察,为进一步临床诊断提供有力的影像学支持.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT in craniovertebral junction malformation diagnosis.Methods 2004 years from May to 2011 December were of three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT in diagnosis of craniocervical junction area malformation 72 cases were summarized.Results 72 cases of three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT in the craniovertebral junction malformation diagnosis for 3 patients with occipital cartilage is not closed,17 cases of atlantoaxial dislocation,6cases of posterior arch of atlas is not closed,4cases of anterior arch of atlas is not closed,18 cases of atlanto occipital fusion,7 cases of cervical 2~3 fusion,3 cases of cervical the integration of 5~7,6 cases of odontoid process type in 4 cases of skull base,flat skull,Arnold-chiari malformation in 8 cases,2 patients with odontoid hypoplasia.Conclusion Three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT for craniovertebral junction malformation diagnosis,can from the multisection,multiple perspectives on lesions were observed,fully compensate for the common CT cross-sectional images of the insufficient;through the 3D reconstruction of the images can be arbitrarily cutting,the craniocervical junction local bone structure and vascular cord relations more clearly observed for further clinical diagnosis,provide a powerful imaging support.
