| 摘 要： | 带状疱疹后遗神经痛多由肝胆火盛挟湿所致，以致气滞血瘀。临床用药强调活血化瘀之中，必合理气之品；久病入络，用虫类药搜剔络邪；用温通或重镇之品以达止痛之效；并重用黄芪扶正祛邪。

| Abstract: | Neuralgia following herpes zoster is usually caused by intense 1ivet-gallbladder fire with dampness and ensuing qi and blood stagnation. Its treatment concentrated upon blood-activa-ting and blood-stasis-resolving herbs to remove obstruction and warm meridians to relieve pain. Astragalus root was often used in heavy dodge. |
