| Abstract: | The developing history of the rural cooperative medical system indicates that the rural cooperative medical servicetunos are decisive factors of influencing and restricting their development.The new rural cooperative medical system experience of model region indicates the primary difficult problem o it is financing too.The article analyses reasons on which influence the financing of the new rural cooperative medical system fund from the new rural cooperative medical system financing policy, financing subject, financing standard eet., and then put forward the corresponding policy recommendations. |
