银强化滴金免疫法HCV—IgM检测临床价值

目的探讨丙型肝炎患者抗HCV—IgM检测的价值，方法对60名正常人、20例活动期丙型肝炎患者及10例稳定期丙型肝炎患者的血清进行抗HCV—IgM、HCV-RNA检测。结果两组抗HCV—IgM的阳性率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．001）；慢性丙肝活动期患者的阳性率明显高于稳定期患者（P〈0．001）；HCV—IgM抗体阳性率与HCV—RNA阳性率相比无差异统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论血清抗HCV—IgM与肝细胞损害有关，可视为慢性丙型肝炎活动、HCV复制的标志。

Clinical value of HCV-lgM with silver enhanced dot immunogold fietration assay

Objective To evaluate clinical value of anti-HCV-IgM with silver enhanced dot immunogold fictration assay. Method The levels of anti-HCV-IgM and HCV-RNA in 60 healthy volunteers and in 20 patients with active hepatitis C and in 10 patients with stabilization period hepatitis C were determined with silver enhanced dot immunogold fietration assay（SEDIGFA）. Results Anti HCV IgM was positive only in the patients with hepatitis C,and all negative in healthy donors;There were no cross reactions with IgM antibody to HAV and HBV;The false positive and negative caused by RF and specific IgG were removed; 30 patients with hepatitis C were assayed for anti-HCV IgM, the positive rate of 85% in the patients with active hepatitis C （ALT being abnormal） was significantly higher than that of 20% in the patients with stabilization period hepatitis C （ ALT being normal） （ P 〈 0. 001 ） ; the positive rate of anti HCV-IgM in the patients with hepatitis C was no significant difierence than HCV-RNA. Conclusion Anti-HCV IgM is a useful marker in diagnosis activity of chronic hepatitis C and guiding the antiviral therapy.
