胸腺肽联合顺铂胸腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效观察

目的:研究胸腺肽联合小剂量顺铂胸腔内注射对恶性胸水的疗效.方法:将60例恶性胸水患者按入院编号随机分为两组,治疗组30例应用胸腺肽和小剂量顺铂;对照组30例单用胸腺肽胸腔内注射,观察治疗前后胸水变化.结果:治疗组有效率为83.3%,对照组为60.0%.两组疗效比较差异有显著性(P﹤0.05).结论:胸腺肽联合小剂量顺铂胸腔内注射治疗恶性胸水疗效肯定、安全.

Effect Observation of Intrapleural Injection of Thymopeptides and Little-Dose Cisplatin on Malignant Pleural Effusion

Objective:To study the curative effect of intrapleural injection of thymopeptides and little-dose cisplatin in malignant pleural effusion.Methods: Sixty patients with malignant effusion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group:30 cases were treated with thymopeptides and little-dose cisplatin intrapleural injection(treatment group);and 30 cases were treated with thymopeptides intrapleural injection only(control group).The changes in volume of pleural effusion were observed.Results: The effective rates(CR+PR)of treatment group and control group were 83.3% and 60.0% respectively,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The results of this report show that intrapleural injection of thymopeptides and little-dose cisplatin may be safe and effective in treating malignant pleural effusion.
