| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨动脉造影诊断及超选择栓塞止血治疗闭合性肝、脾外伤的价值。方法 对 15例确诊或可疑闭合性肝、脾外伤患者采用改良Seldinger法进行动脉造影诊断及确诊后用明胶海绵或弹簧圈超选择栓塞止血治疗 ,观察术后疗效。结果 15例均得以确诊并一次栓塞止血成功 ,术后恢复顺利 ,半年以上随访无特殊变化。结论 动脉造影诊断及超选择栓塞止血治疗闭合性肝、脾外伤安全、有效 ,病情恢复快 ,具有较高的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical value of angiographic diagnosis and superselective endovascular embolization for treating closed hepatic or splenic injuries.Methods 15 cases diagnosed or suspected by angiographic diagnosis as closed hepatic or splenic injuries were treated by superselective endovascular embolization with absorbable gelfoam or spring coil,which clinical therapeutic effect was observed.Results 15 cases were all confirmed and underwent successful embolization,who then recovered smoothly.No significant change occurred within a half year follow up.Conclusion Angiography and superselective endovascular embolization are safe and effective in treating closed hepatic or splenic injuries,with highly clinical value. |
