妊娠合并宫颈高度子宫颈鳞状上皮内瘤变患者随访观察期间的护理

目的探讨妊娠合并宫颈高度子宫颈鳞状上皮内瘤变（CINⅢ）患者随访观察期间的护理特点。方法对7例妊娠合并宫颈CINⅢ患者进行妊娠期间及产后2年的密切随访。妊娠期做好心理护理，孕期教育。随访做好患者资料的收集和保存，阴道镜检查的护理配合。结果7例患者均能按常规建立母子保健手册，定期产检。5例剖宫产，2例顺产，婴儿均存活，无一例产后并发症，并做好产后访视。妊娠期及产后2年，依从宫颈中心随访常规复诊。结论对妊娠合并宫颈CINⅢ患者，妊娠期干预的主要目的在于排除妊娠期的宫颈早浸癌或浸润癌。对此类患者，必须密切随访。随访期间，细致的心理护理，患者档案的管理，电话随访，阴道镜检查的护理配合，是增强孕妇继续妊娠信心，排除妊娠期的宫颈早浸癌和浸润癌的重要措施。

Patients with cervical CINⅢ pregnancy follow-up on the nursing period

Objective To study the nursing care of the patients with pregnancy complicated with stage Ⅲ of intraepithelial neoplasia （ CIN ） during the follow - up period. Methods 7 patients with pregnancy complicated with stage Ⅲ of GIN were followed up in pregnancy and in the two postpartum year. Mental nurse and pregnancy education during the pregnancy. Collecting and holding the data,nursing cooperation during the follow - up period. Results 7 patients are routinely establish maternity Handbook, regular production. 5 cases of Cesarean section, 2 eases of gestation, baby survival, not a case of postpartum complications, and do postpartum visit. Pregnancy and postnatal 2 years, compliance cervical Center follow - up General reexamination. Conclusion For the patients with pregnancy complicated with stage Ⅲ of CIN, the purpose for the intervention is to exclude cervical carcinoma. These person must be followed up closely. During the follow- up period,mental nursing, administration of the files, telephones following - up , nursing cooperation are the important measures to exclude cervical carcinoma.
