六味地黄丸配合吸入皮质醇对哮喘模型豚鼠血清骨钙蛋白的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨滋阴补肾法配合吸入皮质醇对哮喘模型豚鼠血清骨钙蛋白(osteocalcin,BGP)的影响.方法:除正常动物对照组外,5个给药组均以卵蛋白福氏不完全性佐剂腹腔注射致敏,卵蛋白生理盐水鼻腔注入激发,建立哮喘模型.从致敏的同一天开始,给药组必可酮喷雾给药,六味地黄丸灌胃给药,正常组和模型组灌服蒸馏水.3个月后,分别测各组豚鼠的血清骨钙蛋白.结果:单用必可酮组血清骨钙蛋白明显低于正常组和哮喘模型组,其差异均具有显著性意义(P<0.05).而单用或合用六味地黄丸后血清骨钙蛋白明显升高,其差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论:六味地黄丸能升高血清骨钙蛋白的水平且有拮抗必可酮降低骨钙蛋白的作用.

Effect of Liuwei Dihuang Wan and beclomathasone diproionate aerosol on osteocalcin in the guinea pigs of asthma

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney with beclomathasone diproionate aerosol (BDA) on osteocalcin in the guinea pigs of asthma. Methods: Except the normal group, the other 5 groups were injected egg alumin into the abdominal cavity to induce allergy reaction. Then the normal saline of egg alumin was injected into nasal cavity for excitation to prepare the asthma model group.From the day of the allergy reaction , beclomathasone diproionate aerosol , Liuwei Dihuang Wan , distill water were desperately given to different groups, and the osteocalcin was determined after three months.Results: The osteocalcin in blood in BDA group was lower than that in the normal group and model group (P< 0.05). The osteocalcin ascended significantly after taken Liuwei Dihuang Wan or BDA plus LiuweiDihuang Wan (P< 0. 05). Conclusion: Liuwei Dihuan Wan not only can rise the level of osteocalcin in blood, and also can resist the effect of BDA to lower the osteocalcin.
