| 摘 要： | 浮动髋系同侧骨盆骨折和股骨骨折。我院自1985年以来收治浮动髋11例。按Tile分类,骨盆骨折A_1型1例,A_2型3例,B_1型1例,B_2型2例,C_2型2例,C_3型2例。同侧股骨干骨折8例,股骨粗隆间骨折2例,股骨颈骨折1例。骨盆骨折均给予保守治疗,下肢骨折内固定4例,保守治疗7例。9例获平均4年的随访,结果优6例,良2例,差1例。

| Abstract: | The floating hip is ipsilateral pelvic and femoral fractures. Since 1985 .we have treated 11 cases of the floating hip. According to Tile classifition ,type Ai of pelvic fracture is in 1 case,A2 in 3 cases, B1 in 1 case,82 in 2 cases,C2 in 2 cases,C3 in 2 cases. Fracture of ipsilateral femoral shaft is in 8 cases, intertrochanter fracture of femur in 2 cases,fracture of neck of femur in 1 case. All of pelvic fracture have been of conservative treatment. 4 cases of fracture of lower limb have been treated by internal fixation,and 7 cases been of conservative treatment. 9 cases have been completed an average 4 years follow up. The results showed that excellent results were obtained in 6 cases ,good in 2 cases and poor in 1 case. |
