新生儿胎粪吸入综合征的临床X线分析(附81例报告)

目的:分析新生儿胎粪吸入综合征(简称MAS)的临床X线特征,进一步提高X线诊断水平。方法:回顾经X线平片和临床证实的8 l例胎粪吸入综合征并进行讨论。结果:X线征象因吸入量和胎粪羊水相对含量多少而异。其中65例X线表现程度相对较轻,表现为两肺纹理增强,轻度肺气肿征,部分可见小颗粒状影;16例较重显示两肺满布结节状和斑片状模糊影;5例并发气漏;合并肺内感染10例;合并ARDS 2例;死亡4例;2例放弃治疗。结论:胸部X线平片对MAS的诊断及其疗效评价具有重要价值。

Clinical and radiological analysis of meconium aspiration syndrome of the newborn

Objective:To analyze the X-ray characters of meconium aspiration syndrome(MAS) and to improve the diagnosis.Methods:81 cases with meconium aspiration syndrome proved by clinic and the X-ray chest radiograph imaging were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The X-ray features varied with the different volumes of meconium stained amniotic fluid.65 of 81 cases chest imaging showed that the strip in both lung became rough,slightly pulmonary emphysema sign and grain shadow could be seen in some cases.16 of 81 showed that the lung was densely covered with nodules and patches.There were in 5cases complications of pneumothrax pulmonary infection in 10 cases,ARDS in 2 cases,death in 4 cases,given up treating in 2 cases.Conclusion:The X-ray chest radiograph has important value in the diagnosis and following up of meconium aspiration syndrome.
