人垂体肿瘤转化基因1在卵巢癌中表达的研究

摘    要:目的 检测卵巢癌组织中人垂体肿瘤转化基因 1(hPTTG1)的表达。方法 将 4例卵巢癌组织用含 5 12条人类基因的基因表达谱芯片筛查卵巢癌相关基因。对上调基因hPTTG1在 39例卵巢癌组织及 18例正常卵巢组织中的表达情况用免疫组化方法进行检测。结果 hPTTG1在所有卵巢癌标本中均呈阳性表达 ,而在正常卵巢中无表达。免疫反应性的强弱与卵巢癌的病理类型、临床分期及组织学分级无显著相关性。结论 hPT TG1表达增高可能是卵巢癌的一个分子标志 ,有可能作为一个治疗靶点。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of pituitary tumor transforming gene 1(hPTTG1)in ovarian carcinoma Methods The difference of gene expressing between 4 ovarian carcinomas and 1 normal ovary was identified by analyzed with a 512 kinds of cDNA microarray One of the up-regulated genes,hPTTG1,was examined by immunohistochemistry in 39 ovarian carcinomas and 18 normal ovaries Results hPTTG1 expressed in all of the ovarian carcinomas but did not in normal ovaries Conclusions Increased expression of hPTTG1 could be a potential molecular marker of ovarian carcinoma and present as a new therapeutic target
