绍兴市越城区公共场所从业人员梅毒监测结果分析

目的:为了提高公共场所卫生质量,给人民群众创造一个安全、健康、舒适的休闲娱乐场所。方法:对本区公共场所从业人员血清进行梅毒检测,初筛试验采用TRUST方法,阳性者采用TPPA方法确认。结果:共监测公共场所从业人员血清26971份,经确认梅毒阳性率为4.30%。宾馆旅店、美容美发和休闲娱乐场所阳性率分别为1.83%、4.93%和6.25%;2009年、2010年和2011年阳性率分别为3.05%、4.56%和5.14%。结论:本区公共场所从业人员中休闲娱乐场所梅毒阳性率最高,美容美发次之,因此今后预防梅毒工作重点应在休闲娱乐业、美容美发等公共场所。

The syphilis monitoring results analysis of public employees in Yuecheng district of Shaoxing

Objective:In order to improve public places health quality and create the safe,healthy and comfortable recreational places of entertainment for the masses.Methods:Serum samples collected from employees in public places were conducted syphilis detection.TRUST method was used for primary screening and the positive cases were confirmed by TPPA.Results:A total of 26971 public employees’ serum samples were tested,and the confirmed syphilis positive rate was 4.30%.The positive rates of syphilis in the hotels,beauty salon and entertainment places were 1.83%,4.93% and 6.25% respectively.The positive rates of syphilis in 2009,2010 and 2011 were 3.05%,4.56% and 5.14% respectively.Conclusion:In this district,the syphilis positive rate of the public employees in leisure entertainment places was the highest,and the second was the beauty salon.So the future syphilis prevention should be strengthened in leisure entertainment industry and beauty salon.
