穴位外治法治疗湿疹的临床研究进展

本文综述了湿疹的穴位外治法种类,包括穴位注射法、穴位敷贴法、针刺疗法、穴位封闭法、穴位自血法等。在此基础上,评述了取穴和药物选择特点。该疗法具有疗效明显、副作用小、不易复发等特点,今后应从免疫学发病机制,并从细胞因子及其基因表达等方面进一步探讨穴位外治湿疹的作用机制,以期更好地指导临床工作。

A review on treating eczema by acupuncture aoint external treatment

This article reviewed acupoint extemal treatment type of eczema, point injection, point application, acupuncture therapy, point block, point autoblood are included. Besides, evaluated the select characteristics of acupoints and medicine. Acupuncture point external treatment has unique advantages such as good curative effect, little side effect, less recurrence. Future work should be addressed on the immunological pathogenesis, cytokines and gene expression in order to understand the mechanism of the point external treatment of eczema.
